Both were arrested on the order of a three-member bench of the apex court, comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Tariq Pervaiz and Justice Ghulam Rabbani, while hearing a suo motu case against the non-implementation of the SC judgment on the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO).During the course of hearing, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry observed as to how a convict, Adnan Khwaja, got appointed as the National Vocational & Technical Education Commission (NAVTEC) chairman and later as the OGDCL managing director. The court also ordered seizure of the properties of both the accused and rejected Adnan’s bail plea, besides directing Adnan Khwaja to submit surety bond in the Supreme Court....

i think SC will take another 2.5 years for zardar's NRO verdict.
