ECP bans recruitments, diversion of funds

just another news to show that ECP is completely independent. I guess PTI is losing boycott options every passing day but still I believe the fertile mind of 60yrs old teenage leader will find a way to boycott just o have a face-saving like his recently found peer padri.

This is a glaring example of 'muk-muka' between status-quo forces. PML-N knew that Election Commission is going to ban recruitment so it unilaterally announced a freeze on hiring before hand so as to try to project itself as a principled party.
This proves that the great Imran Khan's demand of restructuring of Election Commission is absolutely right, otherwise Election Commission will keep on taking steps that benefit PML-N.

Pretty interesting that in our country, anything and everything is fair to try to win an election.
Long live bribery. It survives and thrives in so many forms

I therefore also believe that IK's demand is justified to make one of General Ehtesham or General Pasha as CEC.....and the other one as Caretaker PM.

although the critics of CEC ....i.e Maulvi Qanadi, MQM and Imran Khan may not be able to read or comment on this (despite it being the headline news in national newspaper) ...... as it goes against the ruling coalition head Zaradry Sain
Accusing Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf of pre-poll rigging by means of foul play in the funds spending, the Election Commission of Pakistan has banned with immediate effect the diversion of public funds as well as the recruitments in the government departments ahead of the general elections
