  • The disastrous performance of Punjab government in HealthCare continues

  • These injections must have been manufactured by Punjab government, PMLN and even Nawaz Sharif himself, this is why they were found defective.

And the staff who discover this issue with these injections can not be employees of Govt of Punjab, rather they must have been employed by PTI. This is why they were able to find out the problem.

  • I wish sarcasm and Punjabi show style "juggats" could improve PMLN's image in masses but alas! N o o r a thuss.

  • Constructive criticism is fine but blaming PMLN for every petty issue isn't going to get PTIans anywhere either.

  • "Injection main kerey hain to Metro Bus laga lo?"

  • @expakistani

N000ras think "hum Keeray Nikal rahe hain" because People of punjab are very happy with the healthcare system of Punjab.

  • الله کرے ان ظالموں کی قبروں میں کیڑے ،بچھو اور سانپ پڑیں جو ان کو سوتے میں اٹھا اٹھا کر ڈنگ ماریں

  • Why to Blame PMLN or PUNJAB RAJ.!!!!!!

    .

    1. Motorcycles, parked in emergency of Punjab Govt. hospital don’t belong to Shareef Brothers.

    2. Medicines, from Punjab Govt. Pharmacy, are not stolen by Shareef Brothers.

    3. Is anyone witnessed; Shareef Brothers were also in mob, which have fired houses in Badami Bagh area.

    4. Shareef Brothers are neither IG nor SHO, why to blame law and order situation in Punjab

    .

All blames are part of conspiracy against PMLN PUNJAB RAJ popularity

    Lol…..

  • The ruling elite doesn't have to worry about the healthcare and education system in pakistan because they can go abroad for medical treatment and education. we the "aaam awam" has to pay the price for their idiotic policy of ignoring these two important sectors.

  • The way antibiotics are being sold in Pakistan (off the counter - without any valid prescription) is an alarming situation. I read an article this morning and from a personal experience the story is quite true.

Serious actions are required to deal with this issue.

  • Bibi,

Cases of E.coli and Klebsiella bacteria have increased by two-thirds in recent years and are now the most frequent cause of hospital acquired infection. Both types of bacteria - known as Gram negative - are commonly found in the gut but can cause blood infections.

This issue is beacause of a blanket use of CIPRO, a broad spectrum antibiotic, in the poultry and livestock feed and not due to the lack of prescription in the third world. In any case, Shahbaz Sharif government will not give another power to doctors of selling antibiotic prescription at this stage.

  • Perhaps you misunderstood my post or I wasn't clear enough. I am concerned over off-the-counter availability of antibiotics. Due to its easy availability (without requiring any valid prescription), people even buy antibiotics to treat common flu. Off course there are many other factors involved in antibiotic resistance but unnecessary usage is making it worse.
