• U.S. TV said that General Petraeus told U.S. officials that "the next two weeks were crucial for the survival of Pakistan government". General Petraeus said he and the senior management believe that Pakistan Army headed by Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaque Pervaiz Kayani has an edge over President Asif Ali Zardari’s civil government.

  • Champions of democracy who wants to see democratic government all over the world who brought change in USA through democracy now threatening democratic government in pakistan they want to derail democratic process for USA interest in pakistan and ready to work with any army led setup in future.

  • Interesting to note that Aitizaz Ahsan also said today that they (NCC) did not raise objections to Nizam-e-Adl regulations and said it will be brought up in the next meeting. Also interesting that Nizam-e-Adl and the whole crisis in Buner were perfectly timed with Congressional hearings in the US with respect to Aid for Pakistan....also, lets not forget Hillary's speech that all Pakistanis got excited about because it was "sooooo in our favor". Now that the aid package is about to go through, the operation starts. Two weeks and something is about to happen. All the timing seems to be seemless from all sides....hmmmm...its almost as if they're coordinating .....hey...maybe thats what they talk about in all these meetings they're having with Adm Mike Mullen, Holbrooke, and all the other foreigners who seem to be way too involved in our affairs.
